Angela Coulter - President

Angela Coulter has more than 18 years of experience leading marketing efforts in corporate America. Her marketing skills have excelled in a variety of industries, including the “green” industry, organics, and agriculture; pharmaceutical and biotechnology; high-tech and telecommunications; electrical distribution and industrial automation; and Wall Street financial services. In 2006, she left her job as a Director of Global Marketing at a large multinational to venture out and start her own business in the “green”/organics field. However, she soon found that though she loved the new experience, she was repeatedly asked to help others with small- and medium-sized businesses to build a market strategy and help implement their marketing plans. This provided her with additional insight into consumer-based industries, and she found true enjoyment in helping others build their vision!

Throughout her career, Angela has always had a gift for creating and developing a brand, and knowing how to package everything a company produces for their market(s) to consistently convey that brand message, from simple logos and letterhead to product/service packaging to Websites, multi-faceted campaigns, and huge events. She stays on the cutting edge by continually integrating new and innovative technologies into the marketing mix to provide the most powerful yet efficient tools that accomplish an organization’s goals. She has an extensive background in channel marketing and marketing with distribution networks, but has solid experience in the consumer marketing arena, as well. Angela also loves to look at a business’ overall vision (as well as helping company leaders develop that vision), then look at all of the pieces of the puzzle to form strategic marketing plans that help to reach that vision. She likes to work with that “puzzle” regardless of company size – startup, established mid-sized, or large international companies!

Born and raised in New York, Angela has lived in the Raleigh, NC area since 1996, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management and Organizational Development from Mount Olive College. She is also President/Owner of Herban Meadows, an organically certified herb nursery in Holly Springs, NC (www.herbanmeadows.com), and is a 2nd Dan (2nd degree black belt) in Tae Kwon Do.
